COVID-19, since its outbreak, has made a strong foothold across the world and left all kinds of lives disrupted, and businesses & economies paralyzed. We have aligned our operations to the directives and guidelines issued by the local government & the World Health Organization (WHO) to have all employees work remotely and implement 100% remote working protocols. Our business continuity plans are in place and under constant vigil to help us continue to deliver on our promise of uninterrupted services to our customers.

In the initial phase of the outbreak, we took several proactive measures like travel restrictions, revocation of internal meetings, regular sanitization of our offices, and issuing social isolation directives, which helped to mitigate the impact of Covid-19. Since most of our employees operate from our offices, we launched a massive remote enablement program where our IT systems and support teams worked tirelessly to allow the entire workforce to work-from-home securely and seamlessly. We transitioned from the ‘office’ environment to ‘work-from-home’ model in a matter of 24 hours. We have also formed a cross-functional COVID-19 team to monitor the situation around the clock, as the safety and wellbeing of our employees is and will remain on the top of our priority list.
