Nishant Kanodia is the Chairman of Datamatics Business Solutions Ltd., a global provider of AI-enabled Finance & Accounting outsourcing, CPA support services, data management, demand generation, and market research solutions serving clients across North America, Europe, and Asia. As a second-generation entrepreneur, he has played a pivotal role in steering the organisation towards technology-led growth, strengthening its international footprint, and positioning the company as a trusted transformation partner for businesses worldwide.
Under his leadership, Datamatics Business Solutions has evolved into a global organisation serving 1,100+ clients across 20+ countries, combining AI-powered technologies with human expertise to deliver scalable, business-critical solutions for Fortune 1000 enterprises and growth-focused organisations.
Nishant also serves as Chairman of Matix Fertilisers & Chemicals Ltd., one of India’s leading fertiliser manufacturers. Built under his vision from concept to execution, Matix operates one of the world’s largest greenfield ammonia-urea complexes and is among the most energy-efficient producers of nitrogenous fertilisers globally. Today, the company commands a significant share of the urea market in eastern India and continues to contribute towards strengthening India’s agricultural ecosystem through innovation in crop nutrition and soil enhancement solutions.
With leadership experience spanning technology, business services, manufacturing, and agriculture, Nishant brings deep expertise in global strategy, capital allocation, digital transformation, operational scale, and long-term value creation. His ability to lead across diverse sectors reflects a strong belief in the role of technology and food security in shaping the future of Bharat.
Nishant is an alumnus of The Wharton School and is associated with leading global entrepreneurial networks, including Entrepreneurs’ Organization and Young Presidents’ Organization.
Siddharth has been instrumental in shaping DBSL’s strategic direction, defining its long-term vision, enabling entry into new markets, and steering global growth strategy including M&A. He brings over 15 years of experience in marketing and banking across India, Australia, and Singapore, including a tenure at Standard Chartered Bank’s Corporate Advisory Division in Singapore. He holds an MBA from the University of Queensland, Australia.
Firdosh is a Chartered Accountant with over 50 years of post-qualification experience spanning Finance & Accounts, taxation, legal, secretarial, and HR across manufacturing and service industries. He has held top management positions as CFO and Director-Finance at leading companies, managing statutory and internal audits, company law, and income tax across banking, hospitality, shipping, and IT sectors. He has served on the boards of several companies throughout his distinguished career.
Ratish is a Law Graduate and Company Secretary with over 35 years of corporate experience. His expertise covers Corporate Legal Compliances under SEBI, RBI, Stock Exchange Listing Regulations, the Companies Act, and Foreign Direct Investments in India. As a practicing Company Secretary and merchant banking professional, he has advised numerous companies on fundraising through capital markets, financial restructuring, and growth strategies. He is a registered Independent Director on the boards of multiple companies.

Kartik Nagarajan is the Chief Executive Officer of Datamatics Business Solutions Ltd, where he leads the company’s vision for next-generation, AI-led growth across global markets.
With over two decades of leadership experience spanning business consulting, outsourcing, and digital transformation, Kartik has held senior roles at Nexdigm, WPP, Avaya and Aviva.
He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Information Management from Victoria Business School, Victoria University of Wellington.
His strategic focus lies in embedding AI, automation, and advanced analytics into business operations to build agile, intelligent, and globally competitive enterprises.
