Kartik Nagarajan brings over two decades of experience in business consulting, outsourcing, and digital transformation. He has held leadership roles at organizations such as Nexdigm, WPP, Avaya, and Aviva. He has helped businesses build stronger operations and deliver measurable results.
In his most recent role as Managing Director – Business Consulting & Global Business Services (Sales) at Nexdigm, he led major expansion efforts across consulting, outsourcing, and technology. Under his leadership, the business saw strong revenue growth and wider market reach.
Kartik shares a clear vision for DBSL. He wants to strengthen our position as a trusted partner helping global enterprises drive AI-led growth and transformation. His leadership comes at a time when organizations everywhere are rethinking how they use data, automation, and analytics to stay competitive.
