He has over 20 years of industry knowledge in end-to-end Business Process Operations and consultative selling across the US, UK, Philippines and India.  He has played a pivotal role in offshore delivery of multiple business units for large accounts, which has resulted in significant growth, revenue and market share. Raajiv has held leadership positions at Sitel, Affinity Express and Genpact.

Raajiv is a Commerce graduate from Kolkata University and has done an Organizational Leadership Management program from Harvard Business School.

Ashish heads the Finance & Accounts operations portfolio. He has overall 22 years of experience into managing various verticals under F&A including, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Treasury and Cash/ Bank Management, Report and Closing, Automation and Controls, Fixed Assets and Project Accounting. He is a seasoned Operations, Solutions & Transition leader with a proven track record to lead, motivate and manage large teams. 

His last stint was with Ocwen Financial, prior to which he has worked with large organizations like Genpact, Igate, Oracle and American Express.

Ashish holds a Post-Graduation Diploma in Financial Management and is a MBA with specialization in Finance from IGNOU University.

Loly’s experience of over 2 decades in HR spans across Strategic HR, Culture Transformation, Organization Development, Organization Design and Leadership Development. As a strategic business partner, coupled with business understanding, people skills and strategic thinking, she is the Coach to the Leadership team. She has been with Datamatics for over 12 years (across two stints).

Prior to Datamatics, she held Leadership roles at major enterprises like Core Education & Technologies Ltd., Cirrus Technologies and Geodesic in the IT/Education space.

Loly holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Symbiosis (Pune), M.Sc. in Psychotherapy & Counselling from the Institute of Psychotherapy & Management Sciences (Mumbai). She also holds a Results Coach Certification (ICF accreditation) from the Neuroleadership Institute.  She was awarded as a Finalist in the LinkedIn Conscious Business Leadership Awards in May 2016 and also featured as a Thought Leader in the LinkedIn Annual Coffee Table book in January 2017.

Maneesh has more than 13 years of experience in the Business Process Management industry. Prior to his present tenure, he has worked with Genpact, Aegis (Essar group enterprise) and Aditya Birla Minacs, where he handled several key financial functions including Corporate Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions, Financial Planning and Analysis. During his tenure with Aegis, he played an important role in the divestment of US and Philippines business.

Maneesh is a qualified Chartered Accountant.

Jayram heads the Information Technology function. He has over 25 years of rich experience in successfully directing and leading key initiatives for Business & Operational Transformation, IT Transformation, Solutions and Consulting, IT Infrastructure, Analytics & Automation across Customer Experience and Service domain for industry verticals.  

His last stint was with Aegis Customer Support Services. Prior to which he has worked for organizations such as Conneqt Business Solutions (Formerly known as Tata Business Support Services), Hinduja Group and PCS Industries.

He is a Commerce Graduate from the University of Mumbai.

Harsha Pai​

Chief Executive Officer

Harsha is responsible for the global strategic direction and creating a vision for success.

He has over 25 years of experience in the BPO, ITO & Consulting domain. His cross-industry experience spans diverse service lines, such as BI & Analytics, F&A, SCM, Customer Management Operations, etc. Prior to Datamatics, he was part of the Senior Leadership team in the Business Services division of HCL. In his career, he has held Leadership positions at top companies including WNS, Intelenet, Citicorp, HSBC etc.

Harsha is a Gold medallist in MBA from Somaiya Institute, Mumbai.

Siddharth Kanodia​​​

Sr. Vice President – Business Strategy

As Sr. Vice President – Business Strategy, Siddharth plays a crucial role in defining the Company’s strategic vision, whilst facilitating the Company’s entry into new markets/new verticals and devising global growth strategy including Mergers & Acquisitions. 

He has over 14 years of Marketing and Banking experience in India, Australia and Singapore and has worked with Standard Chartered Bank, Singapore in their Corporate Advisory Division.

Siddharth has completed his MBA from the University of Queensland, Australia.

Nishant Kanodia​

Director

Nishant is a member on the Board of Directors. Before Datamatics, he was with Bearing Point, USA where he provided strategy consulting to large financial institutions.

Nishant has done his MBA in Finance with a double major in  Business Strategy from the renowned Wharton Business School, USA. He has also been awarded the Golden Alumni Award from H.R. College, India from where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce.

Nishant is a member of the Mumbai Chapter of the Entrepreneurs Organization (EO) and Young President Organization (YPO).

Yogendra Kanodia

Chairman and Managing Director

Mr. Kanodia joined Datamatics Business Solutions Ltd (earlier known as Datamatics Financial Services Ltd.)  in 1985, after spending over 10 years in leadership positions at Wipro and Parle with forte in Marketing and Corporate Management. Under his visionary leadership, the Company has been achieving significant growth in the global BPM space, and has become one of the market leaders in the Demand Generation and Sales Acceleration business.

He is a B.Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) – Bombay, and also holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS), Mumbai.
