His focus is embedding AI, automation, and advanced analytics into operations, building enterprises that are agile, intelligent, and globally competitive.
He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Information Management from Victoria University of Wellington.
Peter brings over 25 years of deep domain expertise in demand generation, data management, IT, SaaS product marketing, and business innovation. Known for his ability to drive growth in fast-evolving markets, he combines technological fluency with a sharp commercial instinct.
Peter holds a business degree in Commerce from University College Cork, with a major in Information Systems and minors in Economics, Law, and Marketing.
With over two decades in HR, Loly is the people architect behind DBSL’s culture and talent strategy. Her expertise spans Strategic HR, Culture Transformation, Organization Design, and Leadership Development. A coach to the company’s leadership team, she has been with DBSL for over 12 years across two stints.
She holds a PG Diploma in HR Management from Symbiosis, Pune, an M.Sc. in Psychotherapy & Counselling, and a Results Coach Certification (ICF) from the Neuroleadership Institute.
Raajiv oversees worldwide operations across all key service lines, from B2B Data Solutions and Demand Generation to Corporate Finance, Customer Experience Management, and more. With over 24 years of experience in end-to-end Business Process Operations and consultative selling across the US, UK, Philippines, and India, he has driven significant offshore delivery growth for large global accounts.
A Commerce graduate from Calcutta University, he has also completed an Organizational Leadership Management program from Harvard Business School.
Hemant leads global operations for B2B data and demand generation, delivering consistent, high-quality outcomes across DBSL’s worldwide delivery network. Over 24 years, he has built expertise in account management, service delivery, process optimization, and P&L management, and has been a driving force in embedding AI and automation into operational workflows. He also partners on product development to ensure solutions reflect real customer needs. Prior to Datamatics Business Solutions, Hemant held senior leadership roles at WNS and Integreon.
He holds an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University.
Ashish serves as Global Head of CPA and BPM Services at Datamatics Business Solutions, bringing over three decades of Finance & Accounting expertise spanning Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, Financial Reporting, Automation, and Project Accounting. He is the driving force behind operational excellence and scalability across global F&A programs. Before joining DBSL, he held senior roles at Ocwen Financial, Genpact, iGate, Oracle, and American Express.
He holds an MBA in Finance and a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Management.
