Prior to Datamatics, she held leadership roles at major enterprises like Core Education & Technologies Ltd., Cirrus Technologies and Geodesic.
Loly holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Symbiosis International University (Pune). She also has a Post Graduate Degree in Psychotherapy and Management Sciences.
