- Profile Summary:
The incumbent will be leading a team of researchers providing complex B2B business research services to clients belonging to multiple sectors and work closely with them on pre-sales and project execution. The main objective is to achieve business growth by delivering quality, mentoring team members and maintaining strong working relationship with the sales/BD team.

- Proven track record in leading and executing B2B business research/enterprise market research, assignments of varied sizes, values and duration across multiple domains
- Strong understanding of secondary and primary research methodologies
- Experience in one of more of the following sectors: Automotive, Industrials, Energy & Power, Chemicals, ICT
- Experience in market forecasting using various market modeling techniques
- At least 3 years’ experience in project and client management, project presentation and proposal writing
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, including financial analysis skills
- Proven ability to build strong working relationships with senior stakeholders at the account side
- Ability to work under pressure with limited supervision, and produce timely deliverables in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, with strong work ethic and initiative; proactive in identifying issues and opportunities and delivering insightful solutions
- Good project and time management skills with the ability to complete multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent team player with the ability to be hands on in project execution and team management skills
- Highly responsive to customer requests; able to prioritize conflicting needs
- Confidence to provide and defend a point of view; high level of attention to detail
- Good exposure to information sources relevant to the assigned sector
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office

Key Deliverables:
- Ensure quality and timeline of project deliverables
- Active participation in pre-sales process including but not limited to scoping and proposal development
- Train and mentor the team members
Project Management and Delivery:
- Works closely with the Senior Manager to develops project plans and manages projects, including objectives, timelines, milestones, priorities, team member responsibilities and work products
- Monitors progress and regularly updates stakeholders on potential overruns and changes; re-negotiates timelines and scopes changes
- Develops project work products collaboratively with team members that focus on measurable business impact
- Be ready to be involved in hands-on project execution
- Ensures quality of deliverables and delivery timelines are adhered to Pre-sales and Business Development Support
- Plays an important role in managing relationships with key clients of the team
- Work closely with the Senior Manager in pitching and closing deals in new acquisitions and growth/emerging markets
- Understanding scope of projects and drives effective solutioning
- Writing proposals, whitepapers, creating samples, case studies, etc.
Team Management:
- Responsible for the performance of the assigned team
- Motivate the team members to excel in the respective functions thereby creating a performance driven culture
- Work towards bringing in increased operational efficiency and improve customer satisfaction levels
- Regularly have performance and project reviews with teams, informing the progress to the management
- Training and mentoring the team members to help them contribute towards achieving the firm’s objectives

- Presents information visually in a compelling manner, supplementing text and narrative, tailored to the audience
