Job Responsibilities

  • Outbound cold-calling & Email marketing to a defined set of target prospect accounts and generating a fixed amount of qualified leads / meetings per month.
  • Understanding customer needs and requirements.
  • Field inbound calls and leads from various sources and qualify for business potential.
  • Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
  • Support the sales lifecycle including lead qualification, pre-sales support and successful transition to Direct Sales.
  • Collaborate with marketing, support, sales management to facilitate new programs, messages, campaigns, and offerings.


  • Graduates with minimum 1-3 years of experience into inside sales.
  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • Self-driven, motivated & enthusiastic to work independently while part of a team.
  • Passionate about building up a career in sales.
  • Dealing with US clients, hence it should be comfortable working in US shifts.
