Mr. Bhatia is an LLB and a MBA from the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute. Mr. Bhatia has been involved in Executive Placement Services since 1973. He is regarded as an industry veteran and is a founder member of the Executive Recruiters Association – the representative body of Recruitment Consultants in India. He led Board Level Searches in India at a time when the term Search was still unknown. Mr. Bhatia was the CEO of Datamatics Staffing Services Limited (DSSL) from 1980 to 2011 and is currently a Director there.

Mr. Bhatia joined the Board of Datamatics Business Solutions Ltd. in 1993. His leadership qualities and expertise in Human Resources issues has over the years provided valuable inputs to the Board.
